How to Play Big Walk
Big Walk is about teamwork and talking. You explore a big island, solve puzzles and reach the ending together. Here is how communication, tools and progression actually work.
Communication is the real mechanic
The proximity voice chat means your voice travels through the world: quiet when far away, echoing in corridors, muffled through walls. Big Walk constantly tests whether you can still coordinate when you cannot hear your friend clearly.
Some puzzles intentionally remove words — expect moments where you must gesture, draw or demonstrate instead of speak.
Keys and progression
The island has a chain of keys: the opening key, then keys for the Red, Green, Yellow and Blue towers, then the Black key and finally the secret key after the credits. Keys open the next area and are the backbone of progression.
A progress tracker (around 68 puzzles total) keeps you moving through the world.
